1. Order Processing Time
All our squishies are inspected for quality before they are sent to their new homes!
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Handmade Items: For specifically marked "Handmade" series, please allow an additional 1–2 days for our team to ensure the perfect finish.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping to bring calm and joy to your doorstep, no matter where you are.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or extreme weather.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AMIO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with photos of the packaging and the damaged product. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
